Draft — pending legal review. This page is a structural template, not finalized legal text. Do not rely on it, and replace the bracketed placeholders with reviewed content before this page is linked from a live checkout or marketing campaign.
These general terms apply to all promotions, sales, and discount codes offered by Elaris, in addition to any specific terms published with an individual promotion.
Eligibility
Unless stated otherwise, promotions are open to customers with a shipping address in Australia and are limited to one use per customer/order.
Discount codes
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
- Discount codes apply to the listed price before shipping, and exclude gift cards unless stated.
- We reserve the right to void an order where a code has been used fraudulently or outside its intended terms.
Exclusions
Clearance items, gift cards, and bespoke commissions may be excluded from promotions unless explicitly included.
Our rights
We may amend, suspend, or end a promotion at any time without notice, including due to technical error, and reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect misuse of a promotion.
